🔹 Non-Returnable Items: All products, including personalized books and printables, are final sale unless they arrive defective.
🔹 Eligible for Replacement: If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will provide a free replacement.

🚚 Who Covers the Replacement?

• Books (Shipped via Lulu): Lulu covers the cost of reprinting and reshipping damaged or defective books.

• Printables (Posters, T-Shirts - Shipped via Printful): Printful covers replacements for misprinted, damaged, or incorrect items.

📍 What’s NOT Covered?

• Returns due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or preference changes.

• Lost packages (Lulu or Printful may review on a case-by-case basis).

📩 How to Request a Replacement:

1. Fill out the Replacement Request Form on our website.

2. Provide photos of the damage or incorrect item as required by Lulu/Printful.

3. Once approved, Lulu or Printful will reprint and reship the item at no cost to you.

• Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not possible.
